Hey guys,

In this episode, Zibby talks about legendary Nigerian activist and educator, Mrs Olufunmilayo Ransome Kuti.  A Lenin Peace Prize winner, she was the mother of Afrobeat legend Fela Kuti. Mrs Kuti was the first Nigerian fermale to drive a car, and was a prominent activist who was part of the group who negotiated for Nigeria's independence. She fought for Nigerian women to have the riht to vote and forced a king to abdicate his throne due to excessive taxing of women.                             Nigerian Footballer Kanu Nwankwo and his achievements are discussed. Kanu is the most decorated African Footballer of all time. The Kanu Heart Foundation has given a new lease on life to thoudands all over Africa. The Kanu Nwankwo Soccer Academy in Canada is also letting young people live out their dreams and building them up or a career in football.
